LLHS Livestreaming is changing. We've created a page on our website that will guide you to find what you're looking for with Warrior video and streaming, including our YouTube channel and another year of the Lakeside Loop, a way to watch home sports on the competition field and the East Gym (Hudl platform) and livestreaming other events such as chapel and concerts, etc. (Vimeo).

With the close of the 2021-22 school year, three members of our Lakeside Lutheran faculty are retiring:
Mr. James Grasby, LLHS Principal for 19 years.
Mr. James Buege, 28 years at LLHS in various teacher and Choir Director roles.
Mrs. Ruth Hirschfeld, 17-year Director of the LL Extended Learning Center (ELC)
Everyone is invited to this casual reception in honor of all 3 retirees, which begins shortly after the public 2 p.m. LL Commencement Concert in the East Gym.

Warriors have chosen "home missions" this school year -- for 3Q, we're supporting Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Richland Center, Wis. in their efforts to equip and furnish their community-centered permanent worship space. Collections will happen Tuesday and Thursday (Feb 27 &29) in homeroom -- what might you sacrifice this week and bring for Kingdom work instead? 🍔🥤🕹⛽️ ☕ Parents, we invite you to join us as well. On Sunday, Oct. 22 at 4 p.m. musicians and worshipers from churches around the area will gather at Lakeside Lutheran to celebrate the Reformation. Pastor Mark Jeske will preach.

We are a route driver short for this school year (starts Aug. 16). Please talk to newly retired folks or those with flexible work schedules that you know who could join our team -- someone looking for a way to serve, earn some money ($20/hr), and tap into the energy of our youth. If you have early morning and/or afternoons free, please consider driving bus and transporting students for your Lakeside Lutheran High School, even on a part-time or temporary basis. Talk to any of our current drivers, and--to a person--they will tell you how much they enjoy driving bus. We will train new drivers for the appropriate driver's license. If interested, apply as soon as possible using the job app at llhs.org/apps/pages/employment (tap headline). Return by mail, e-mail or drop off at the LL office. Join us on the LLHS campus as Campus Resource Officer Jessica Johnson and Detective Ben Miller share with parents important facts and stats about e-cigarettes and vaping, as well as how we can talk to our kids about it. Det. Miller will also talk about drug problems in Jefferson County. No RSVP needed.

Warrior basketball games for February 9, 2023 (boys v. Lodi and girls JV2 at DSHA) have been postponed. Re-schedule TBD.

Due to supply chain delays, letter jacket orders are taking considerably longer than expected. Our MECA Sportswear Rep is going to be having a special sizing/ordering visit on May 17 at school for those who may want a letter jacket for the 22/23 school year.

Spanish teacher Nathan Koerber and his family (wife Sarah, sibs Cecily and Milo) welcomed Layla Anna Noelle last Wednesday, Nov. 10. She was baptized at St. Paul in Lake Mills on Nov. 14. Simply the best!
