2022-23 Opening service

You're invited! Only one week until our opening service and installation of new faculty. This chapel takes place on August 18 at 8:15 a.m. in the east gymnasium.
Pastor Titus Buelow from St. Peter, Helenville, will provide the devotion and Pastor Timothy Redfield, from St. Luke, Watertown, will lead the liturgy.

Retirement Reception

With the close of the 2021-22 school year, three members of our Lakeside Lutheran faculty are retiring:
Mr. James Grasby, LLHS Principal for 19 years.
Mr. James Buege, 28 years at LLHS in various teacher and Choir Director roles.
Mrs. Ruth Hirschfeld, 17-year Director of the LL Extended Learning Center (ELC)
Everyone is invited to this casual reception in honor of all 3 retirees, which begins shortly after the public 2 p.m. LL Commencement Concert in the East Gym.

May 17-Letter Jacket order day

Due to supply chain delays, letter jacket orders are taking considerably longer than expected. Our MECA Sportswear Rep is going to be having a special sizing/ordering visit on May 17 at school for those who may want a letter jacket for the 22/23 school year.

Congrats, Koerber family!

Spanish teacher Nathan Koerber and his family (wife Sarah, sibs Cecily and Milo) welcomed Layla Anna Noelle last Wednesday, Nov. 10. She was baptized at St. Paul in Lake Mills on Nov. 14. Simply the best!

Car wash for Ukraine

On May 7, LLHS National Honor Society students are hosting a car wash at Lakeside from 8 am to 1 pm with 100% of proceeds going to WELS Christian Aid & Relief to aid the Ukrainian Lutheran Church during this time of great need. Look for signs and bring vehicles to the west side of campus for a $5.00 car wash! Please consider having your cars or light trucks expertly washed, and donate to help hurting Ukrainian people! Families already attending the elementary track & field meet at Lakeside that day are especially encouraged to participate.

Buy your Brewers tickets now!

Our Lakeside Lutheran A Cappella Choir is singing the National Anthem for the Brewers v. St. Louis 7 pm game on Wednesday, June 22, and Warrior friends and family are welcome! We are in the loge outfield section (2nd level, right/left baseline TBD) -- great seats -- for $18 each (reg. $30-34).
Tickets must be bought from Lakeside online by May 4. Tickets will be distributed the week of May 16. Come one, come all, out to the ol' ball game!

Eat Supper at LL before Easter Concert

All families and friends planning to attend the Easter Concert are invited to come early to eat and fellowship in the Lakeside cafeteria that Wednesday of Holy Week. Featuring a build-your-own-potato bar, sides and beverages, the meal will open at 5 PM and serve until 6:30. A bake sale will offer dessert or take-home items. Proceeds from this freewill dinner as well as the pre-priced bake sale benefits the summer band trip through northern Wisconsin and Michigan this July. No tickets are needed, but we appreciate your RSVP at the ticket link to help with planning.

LLHS Blood Drive March 3

Lakeside is hosting a blood drive this Thursday, Mar. 3 and we have space for walk-ins. We'd love to have you join us as your schedule allows.
TIME: 8 a.m. - 1 p.m.
* Per Versiti policy, you must bring a mask and photo ID.
LOCATION: LLHS East Gymnasium

2-hour delay Feb. 23, 2022

We will have a two hour delay tomorrow, Wednesday, February 23. The morning bus routes run two hours later than scheduled. School begins at 10 am.
