Warrior Summer Strength and Conditioning Program
These 8-week programs strive to enhance athletic performance and reduce injury. It is designed for incoming 9-12th grade students interested in improving their strength, speed, agility, and conditioning. This program will be directed by Lakeside strength and conditioning staff and athletic coaches.

Every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday for 8 weeks

Session 1: 7:00-8:00 am (incoming 10-12 grade boys)
Session 2: 8:00-9:00 am (incoming 9-12 grade girls)
Session 3: 9:00-10:00 am (incoming 9th grade boys)
Cost: $60 if registered by May 11.
$85 for any late registrations.
*Cost includes a t-shirt. T-shirt not guaranteed for late registration.

Prepside Mustangs Baseball
All attempts are being made to add Brooks League to the Jefferson County Youth Baseball League to ensure a more stable schedule of games. It is meant for those that have played a few years of Pony League and will be entering their sophomore through senior years of school in 2026. Ideally this would be ages 15-17 but we can accommodate some 18-year-olds as needed. We will also schedule games with similar level of teams in our area. This is a competitive level of baseball, follow all high school/NFHS rules, and will be geared towards those that have a desire to play the game at a higher level.
Pony Brooks( 15/16/17 ) If you are still age eligible, as of June 1
Pony ( 13/14U ) If you are still age eligible, as of June 1
Little League ( 12U ) age eligible, as of June 1
Pee Wee ( 10U ) age eligible, as of June 1
Jr. Pee Wee + ( 8/7U ) age eligible, as of June 1. This level is meant for 1+ years of experience
Jr Pee Wee ( 8/7/6U ) age eligible, as of June . This level is meant for beginner level experience.
