Warrior Summer Strength and Conditioning Program

These 8-week programs strive to enhance athletic performance and reduce injury.  It is designed for students interested in improving their strength, speed, agility, and conditioning. This program will be directed by Lakeside athletic staff and coaches. Please sign up for session that is appropriate for your grade level. 

Current Warriors (sophomores-seniors): Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 7:30-9:30 am

1st session—7:30-8:30 am with outdoor sports skills sessions to follow

2nd session—8:30-9:30 am with indoor sports skills sessions prior

Incoming Warriors (freshmen): Tuesday, Thursday 9-10 am

Begins Monday, June 3, and meets every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday until Aug 1.
Cost:  $60 if registered by May 12, 2023.
$85 for any late registrations.

Register: Incoming Warriors (freshmen): 9-10 am

This is an introductory program that will teach incoming freshmen proper form, technique and safety. This session is available to all incoming freshmen and regular attendance is encouraged.
Cost:  $60 if registered by May 12, 2023.
