Piano

Piano lessons during the Lakeside school day are offered once a week, as either ½ period ($215.00) or whole period ($315.00) sessions each semester, either during a scheduled study hall, or during Band or Choir.

Students typically sign up for lessons at summer registration, which reserves a spot for 1st semester. Payments can be per semester or in monthly installments. Opportunities for performances are WSMA Solo & Ensemble, WMTA auditions, pre-concert performances, and a required recital in May.

She has maintained a private piano studio for over 20 years with 40-50 students, continues playing organ at St. Paul, and accompanies Solo & Ensemble and Fine Arts Fair students.  She is a member of the Rock River Music Teachers Association, affiliated with the Wisconsin Music Teachers Association, and the Music Teachers National Association.

See the WSMA competition schedule below when it is available.
Several LLHS piano students will be performing their pieces for district at Luther Prep on Monday, February 20, rather than the following Saturday with the rest of instrumental and vocal selections. Check with Mrs. Hildebrandt for any questions.
