Bowling Club

After a strong season bowling in the Greater Watertown 6th District, Warrior junior Garret Parkhurst took 1st place in district and senior Caleb Studnicka was 8th, earning them both the opportunity to compete at the state level. They joined the top 8 boys and 4 girls in District 6 headed to the Wis. High School Bowling Club (WHSBC) State Championships March 7-9 in Neenah/Oshkosh.

 

Garret received the annual President’s Award for his 1st place finish (179 of his 288 season frames were strikes -- 28 more than 2nd place!) By finishing in the top 5, Garret also earned the opportunity to compete in the annual All-Star Challenge in Green Bay where the top 5 individual performers from the district compete as a team against the top 5 from the rest of the state districts. Garret also bowled a 300 in practice this season!
