St. Paul's, Fort Atkinson

St. Paul’s Lutheran Church and School in Fort Atkinson is seeking a Finance Director to oversee financial operations for its church, school, and daycare. Reporting directly to the Treasurer, the Finance Director serves as the church’s internal accountant and oversees its financial and business transactions. This role also coordinates budgets, establishes consistent procedures across the three ministries, and provides financial information to support the Treasurer, Church Council, and School Board.

For more than 100 years, St. Paul’s has served the Fort Atkinson community through its church, school, and daycare. Today, the church has approximately 800 members, and its accredited elementary school serves about 150 students. Together, these ministries share God’s Word and support local families.

- Associate's Degree in Accounting (minimum).
- Successfully undergo a background and credit check.
- Familiarity with reporting aspects of Wisconsin School Choice program.
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Quickbooks.
