Our Redeemer Lutheran School is hiring a Student Aide to support students and classroom teachers in grades
5-8. The Student Aide supports student learning, classroom management, and the overall educational mission
of Our Redeemer Lutheran School by assisting classroom teachers and providing direct support to students.
The Student Aide works under the direction of the classroom teacher and principal. Interested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter to [email protected] by June 15.

$21-$25 per hour (based on experience and training)

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Experience in childcare or education
- CPR/First Aid training (provided upon hire)
- Background check (completed prior to hire)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
- Ability to actively supervise students indoors and outdoors.
