St. Paul is seeking a faith-filled, organized, and compassionate leader to serve as the Director of their Early Learning Center. This individual will oversee the Christian education and daily operations of the infant-4K program and will manage approximately 25 employees year-round. The ideal candidate will have a heart for Christian education and have the ability to guide staff, support families, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for children.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a childcare facility.
