The Director of Operations will be the operational leader of the parish. This key administrative leader will oversee day-to-day operations across our campus: process development and documentation, facilities, scheduling, communications, employment administration, and staff support. Requirements
Successful candidate will have demonstrated operational competence to build systems, lead independently, and earn trust through capability and character. A background in ministry or nonprofit operations is helpful but not required.
