Warrior Summer Strength and Conditioning Program

This 8-week program strives to enhance athletic performance and reduce injury. It is designed for students interested in improving their strength, speed, agility, and conditioning. This program will be directed by Lakeside athletic staff and coaches.

All Programs begin on Monday, June 5, and meet every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday until July 27.

Warrior Advanced: 7:15-8:15 am

The goal of this program is performance maintenance. Athletes will use our set/rep in-season schedule as they work hard to meet and exceed lifting goals, with continued emphasis on body control and form. This session is available to sophomores, juniors and seniors. It is limited to the first 54 registrants and regular attendance is encouraged.

Cost: $60 if registered by May 12, 2023.

$85 for any late registrations.

*Cost includes a t-shirt. T-shirt not guaranteed for late registration.
