Warrior Summer Strength and Conditioning Program

This 8-week program strives to enhance athletic performance and reduce injury. It is designed for students interested in improving their strength, speed, agility, and conditioning. This program will be directed by Lakeside athletic staff and coaches.

All Programs begin on Monday, June 5, and meet every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday until July 27.

Warrior Xtreme: 6:30-8 am

The goal of this program is to develop optimal muscular strength and power. This will be an intense session of additional sets/reps for motivated athletes looking to make maximum progress. This session is only available to experienced sophomores, juniors and seniors who have graduated from their Readiness Cards. This session is limited to the first 54 registrants and regular attendance is expected.

Cost: $60 if registered by May 12, 2023.

$85 for any late registrations.

*Cost includes a t-shirt. T-shirt not guaranteed for late registration.
