This form is for Warrior musicians interested in asking friends and family to donate to their Warrior Band traveling account. Go here to read the letter that explains this program more fully.

1. Enter your info below per instructions, then enter as many names and emails as you would like to ask for support. This form closes at 11:45 PM on Saturday, February 28.
2. You will receive information to share so that your donors know it's you who is asking, since emails will come from "Lakeside Music Department"; it's important for your donors to know these requests are on your behalf, so it's up to you to text or otherwise share the news about this via social media or other communication. The donation link/QR can be shared apart from the emails that we will send; in fact, you are encouraged to do so to improve your response rate!
3. Three emails (~1 per week in March) will go out to the names and emails provided here, describing Warrior Band and what your summer entails, why you're asking for a donation and the benefits that comes with supporting you as you represent Lakeside and our Savior in such a noticeable and public way. A link to a donation form will be included that allows donors to choose your specific family.

All of the donation amount goes to your individual student/family account online payment processor fees (35 cents per transaction plus 4% of donation). None of the donation benefits Lakeside Lutheran High School, and as such is not a tax-deductible gift..

Donors are thanked by LLHS immediately after donations go through, and you will be notified after March 28 by MPO with who donated to your family so that you can thank them personally.
