rown of Life Christian Academy (CLCA) is seeking a compassionate and dependable Special Education Aide to join our student services team at our Berea Campus. This position will work closely with our Special Education Director to provide direct academic and behavioral support to 1st and 2nd grade students who have identified special needs or require additional assistance throughout the school day.
The Special Education Aide will assist classroom teachers in supporting students with academic accommodations, behavioral interventions, and learning strategies. The aide will work under the supervision of the Special Education Director and collaborate closely with classroom staff to ensure consistent, individualized support in both general education and small group settings.
