Distance Running Camp 2024

Co-ed Soccer Camp: July 8-11, 2024

Who: Boys/Girls entering gr 4–9

Time: 8-10:30 a.m.

Cost: $50 per child for the 4-day session

Warrior Running Camp introduces the sport of distance running. Students learn various types of distance training via participation, including endurance, strength and speed training, with special emphasis on proper running form. During rest from running periods, other related topics are discussed, such as proper diet for a runner, injury prevention, the value of strength training, flexibility and running shoes.

Each camp is limited to first 75 registrants.
