Hannah Uher

I grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and attended St. Lucas Lutheran Elementary School in Bay View. I was baptized at Grace, Downtown and remained a member there until after college. I attended Wisconsin Lutheran High School and graduated in 2013. Then I attended Martin Luther College in New Ulm. I graduated with a double secondary education major in Chemistry and Life Sciences. I married my high school sweetheart, Eric, in July 2017. We were both at MLC for 4 1/2 years. He was assigned to Peace in Sun Prairie, and I was assigned to Lakeside. I taught science at Lakeside for 3 years before taking a year off to finish my Master of Science in Professional School Counseling at Concordia University in Mequon, Wisconsin.

y God's grace, I work in the Guidance Office as a school counselor. I help students with academics (scheduling, grades, etc.), discuss future college and career plans, and help navigate the everyday social and emotional struggles of being a teenager. 

 

When I'm not at school, I love to read, drink good coffee, knit and crochet. My husband and I also love to play board games, explore new restaurants, and play with our dog, Callie.
