Summer scrip schedule

Summer office hours: Mondays 8:30-12:30.
Turn around time for summer Scrip will be ONE WEEK. Orders in by Monday at noon will be ready for pick up the following Monday starting at 8:30 a.m. There will be NO evening pick-up hours this year.

Coordinator Missy McKenna encourages families to contact her via e-mail at mmckenna@llhs.org with questions regarding Scrip. Summer is a great time to sign up for Presto Pay and utilize the ScripNow and Reload options.

Orders placed after May 31, 2013 apply to tuition credit for the 2014/2015 school year or later.

Warrior Scrip sold this school year: $266,198.00 (Rebates earned for LLHS: $26,345.44)
Warrior Scrip sold to date $1,021,276.22 (Rebates earned for LLHS: $55,164.73)

What a blessing this program has been in making Christian education more affordable for many of our Lakeside families! I encourage all of you to support it via word-of-mouth as we encourage current and future families to attend our school.

What is Scrip?

Simply stated, scrip is a method of purchasing using store-specific certificates (gift/debit cards) instead of cash or check. Merchants establish percentages of the face value as “income” for participating institutions. Through Lakeside, Scrip allows you to shop for common goods or services while reducing tuition and supporting the LLHS ministry.

Why Scrip?

50% of the income generated by LLHS scrip purchases can be applied to a Scrip Tuition Account. Any current or future LLHS student may establish a Scrip Tuition Account by completing the required applications (available online (see below) or through the school office. The other 50% supports Lakeside’s general operating budget, financial aid and debt retirement.

How do I purchase Scrip?

Pay with cash or check (payable to Lakeside Lutheran High School). Teens can serve as couriers by using the drop box in the main office before school Monday and picking up orders up morning or after school on Fridays during the school year. Students need to sign for orders they pick up. Scrip cannot be mailed.
Orders placed on Monday are usually ready for pick up Friday morning.
