You also don't need a Twitter account to receive Lakeside Tweets. Follow the instructions on the banner below to receive @LakesideLuthHS Tweets on your cell phone as a text message. Lakeside uses Twitter to get weather emergencies announced (along with TV announcements). We generally Tweet once or twice a week.

Twitter subscription tip
If you have attempted to subscribe to Lakeside tweets via text message but think you weren't successful, here's a tip: be sure you do not have additional characters in your text message to 40404. If your phone is set to automatically insert a signature for you, or if you have any other characters in the text message, Twitter will not connect you properly. Text exactly (without any quotes) "follow lakesideluthhs" to 40404 and you're done. You should almost immediately receive a text back from Twitter telling you that you're subscribed to Lakeside, and the most recent tweet from Lakeside will also be sent to you. If you are receiving "junk" texts from 40404, e-mail kwinters@llhs.org to get instructions on how to eliminate them.
