Staying in Touch with Lakeside Families

Families can request a printed copy of the school directory at registration, but a password-protected pdf makes the directory available online and searchable in our Student-Staff Directory The password for this fall’s edition is case-sensitive “Warriorfam”. This is meant solely for faculty, staff, board members, and families. It may not be used for solicitation purposes. We encourage our families to use it as a communication tool as they network with other school families to support school policies as outlined in the student handbook.

Here are ways your LLHS keeps our families and supporters in the know about what's happening:

Lakeside on the web

Tap the top menu category that describes you best – Parent, Student, etc. –  to see forms, documents and info. There’s also a menu called “Quicklinks” that you might find helpful, and don’t hesitate to use the search box with a keyword or two of what you’re hunting for. Finally, don’t forget to simply explore for news and events you didn’t even know you were missing!

E-mail Newsletter

During the school year, we e-mail and social post a weekly newsletter on Tuesdays, called Warrior Weekly E-News, written with current Lakeside families in mind. It provides info about events, opps, and news for students and parents, including hotlinks to valuable info. Guardians(s) are automatically subscribed using e-mail address(es) you provided during enrollment. Update or unsubscribe at the bottom of any e-mail. Add [email protected] to your address book.

See past issues of E-news here. Or click on "Weekly E-News" at right to subscribe.

Lakeside in your congregation

The Federation Connection is a monthly publication e-mailed to each of the Lakeside Federation—plus several other—congregations. Churches then decide how to distribute the info to their members, usually in monthly newsletters, bulletins or websites. FedCon throws the spotlight on student news, upcoming month events and includes a message from the principal. While not mailable to individuals, an e-version of the pub can be subscribed to at issuu.com/llhs
