Warrior LES Basketball Tournament

See tournament brackets here

The annual grade school A team vasketball tournament is planned for March 2-4, 2012. Friday night games will be played at Watertown area grade schools, while Saturday and Sunday games are here at your Lakeside Lutheran High School.

Look for a fun new souvenir in the tournament program this year. We thank the sponsors, including Lakeside Boosters, Twice is Nice retail store, Knuth Carpet Cleaning of Jefferson, Mona Pett and LogoWorks of Fort Atkinson, Dani Hartwig of Shorewest Realtors, Scott Anthon Photography, Luedtke Plumbing, Chris Behl with Essential Options and Stauffer-Klug Insurance Agency for making the new color program possible.

Check with your grade school AD for more details about your school's participation. And don't forget to bring your Advantage magazine along to complete your search-n-find contest entry!

Family Fest

Saturday, February 18, the Lakeside gymnasium and cafeteria becomes a BEACH BASH! It's our annual Family Fest, especially geared for PK through 4th grade students, and put on this year by the Lakeside chapter of the Natioanl Honor Society.

There will be loads of games, crafts, activities, demonstrations, food and prizes to fill a morning and then some. Come get away to the beach with us for a while! It's open house style, so you're welcome to arrive anytime between 9 AM and noon (but of course, earlier is always better for the best place to pitch your umbrella~).

We ask for $5 a child, but no family pays more than $10. Let us know you're joining us on this registration form or by e-mailing nhs@llhs.org

Walk-ins the morning of are always welcome.

Looking to shadow a Warrior?

This fall, Lakeside was privileged to host 48 area grade schoolers as they shadowed Warriors during classes and activities here. Would you like a chance?

Friday, February 24 is a featured 7th grade Shadowing Day. (Our federation grade schools have no school on this day.) Join us for a fun and informative day as you hang out with a Lakeside student. You can request a Warrior you already know, or let us know and we'll match you up! Call 920-648-2321 for more info.

8th graders from federation LESs and other interested upper graders are also invited to let us know you'd like to shadow. Your grade school has the required Visitor Form to fill out, or download it here.

Click here for the page that offers grade school students an enrollment application/letter of interest form and the freshman registration form.

Future Freshman Testing

Wednesday, January 25 (6:30 p.m.) or Saturday, January 28 (8:30 a.m.).
Testing is for all 8th grade students from our federation’s Lutheran elementary schools who are thinking about enrolling at Lakeside in August 2012.

The sessions are identical and families should attend the one that best fits their schedules. Each session lasts about two hours and provides opportunities for students and parents to learn more about Lakeside’s high school ministry.

For additional information, call Lakeside (920-648-2321) and speak to Ruth Fenske (x 208), or e-mail her at rfenske@llhs.org
